Term 1 begins next week. There are a precious few spaces left in some classes, with some cancellations just coming in today. Time is running out with classes commencing on Monday so hop on now or risk waiting for Term 2 in May:
- Tuesday morning wheel throwing with
- Thursday morning surface decoration

Open Studio
Don't forget, classes begin next week so there aren't as many open studio spots available. You still need to book a space in advance if you are working in the main studio: book an open studio spot...
We have contactless firing spots available too.
It's been a while since we could welcome non-members in for studio time. With Term 1 beginning, Yasmin is back and non-members and members alike are welcome again on Wednesday mornings only. You must wear a mask, bring your vaccine pass to be scanned at the door, and please book in advance as numbers are still restricted.
Raku club
Tuesday 8 March, 2022; 6-9pm
We have a raku club firing event lined up with master of the flames, David Kenney.
Bring small pieces please eg., no giant busts as this is a group event and we want everyone coming to have a go. You'll need your pieces bisque-fired in advance. Check out the booking page for more information.
Student exhibition
If you have some time this weekend or the coming weeks, please pop into ArtsPost to see some of our awesome WSP student work. Some of the students from our Diploma course and our Advanced Ceramics courses are showing their work from 2021. Because of COVID-19, we weren't able to invite the public in to view heir work during assessment time so we have arranged an opportunity for them to share their work.
They did such amazing work and we are proud of them and would love if you showed your support by popping in to have a look.
