Kia ora everyone
This week we’ve just got some reminders for you about all the workshops, classes and events we’ve got on offer at the moment. It’s a chocka-block studio schedule 😊
Raku Club – Tuesday 2nd July
The next raku firing is set for 6pm on the 2nd of July – that’s a Tuesday evening, coinciding with Play with Clay. If you’d like to give it a go, you just need to have some bisqued pots ready to glaze with the special raku glazes. And while there’s ample opportunity to get involved in the entire process, you don’t need to do the jobs you’re not comfortable with. And you barely ever come out looking like a chimney sweep, like Libby did after the last firing! How did that happen?!
